27 January 2009 - Hands-on cooking lessons

The farm holiday organizes courses in order to learn how to prepare home-made bread with different types of wheats. This activity which lasts about four hours, from 8 pm to 12 pm, will permit you to taste the breads prepared together with Monica.
One day cooking classes

- Monday, 23rd February - Farro, an unknown cereal

- Monday, 25th May - How to realize a gourgeous picnic

Guided tastings
Rough and refined, ancient and modern breads compared with each other. The farmhouse organizes guided bread tastings; where the olfactory and gustatory differences among breads obtained from various wheats can be pointed out.
