Privacy Consorzio Agrituristico Mantovano wishes to inform you that the Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (�Personal Data Protection Code�) previews the protection of the people and of other subjects regarding the treatment of the personal data.According to above mentioned law, the treatment will be oriented to the principles of correctness, transparency and protection of your confidential information and rights.According to the article 13 of the D.lgs. n.196/2003, therefore, we supply the following information. 1. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys. 5.
